I loved 1st Gen.... But 2nd Gen had those re-battles... So silver and gold wins!!

Generation one. Or possibly two. To be honest they started losing appeal after the first two generations. And don't even get me started on the 'man-made pokemon'....

Gen 2, mostly because I enjoyed being able to go through Kanto after the E4.
