I don't think there is anything with the scottish accent so i will go with positive

depends on if the other party can understand you. It can be really cute or really terrible, As you need to be understood.

I think accents are cute unless it becomes a language barrier. I know lots of girls that melt for Scottish accents. It all in the eye(ear) of the beholder.

It can add a flair of sophistication, charm and charisma, how you apply it is the biggest deciding factor, but yes "depends on if the other party can understand you" and "It all in the eye(ear) of the beholder". And I heard his accent and it will make girls melt. (In their pantsu *Wink wink*)
