Every time a police officer smacks a demonstrator in the head with his baton, an angel gets its wings. Basically, China and Russia have a lot of angels.

I don't know why it's a race riot when half the police involved in that incident were black.....

Meh, it's been going on since there were people who found they can take advantage of chaos. On the one hand you have people who've been disproportionately targeted by the police and feel a blind eye has been turned to their plight. On the other you have hoodlums who realized they can use that as an excuse to act out. 100 years from now the same thing will be happening. It may happen in cyberspace, but it will still happen.
