Fruits Basket? http://myanimelist.net/anime/120/Fruits_Basket Hard to think of any others. Even some of the most vanilla stuff I can think of has some borderline content for someone that age. If she's mature enough I would consider: http://myanimelist.net/anime/9756/Mahou_Shoujo_Madoka%E2%98%85Magica But some scenes are kind of scary/intense for someone her age. I don't remember it being that bad, but I'm so jaded I wouldn't notice. I haven't watched it in awhile but you could check out a few episodes and see what you think.
