@cielle: I do agree with you that not finding the other person attractive/interesting is sufficient enough for not wanting to go out with him/her. Of course, whether or not flatly saying so is the appropriate course of action depends on context and persons involved. I don't mean to advocate lying or blaming. Sometimes saying 'no' outright or going for a straightforward answer can harm interpersonal relationships, in which case going for an indirect answer is a safer course of action. For example, "thank you for your appreciation but I'm not ready for a relationship now" is technically a half-truth since one could either be a) truly concerned with career/life pursuits to risk going for a relationship or b) not completely sure that the relationship will work out. Both scenarios do subtly reject the other party's advances however. @alanzd: When all else fails, dress like Napoleon Dynamite. Guarantee that the advances will stop. (just a joke btw)

That is almost a perfect description of me. I feel like I've gotten more out of it then I should. Don't worry about the personal question, it's not like I gave you my location. I think I'll just go gay (maybe joke).

and to answer your last post, I like guys who don't show interest in me, so that's a pretty inarguable thing you're asking me. That's a whole 'nother complex I have that has nothing to do with this thread LOL, so moving on aha.

@meister: It shouldn't be the rejector's fault for not being able to see eye-to-eye with a relationship he's not interested in. No, girls are just way too pretty (but then again so are some guys). Okay! I guess it is my time to go hunting and stumble upon someone I like. Alright, I guess what I got out of it is, "I should find someone, not someone find me."
