Wow, such a big deal this has become. It wasn't so long ago thst a black man or woman couldn't enter certain bathrooms, stores, restaurants, use certain water fountains,get certain jobs etc...and it was all based on how they looked.I do agree that you're born being male or female no matter how you "feel" and I don't care if you bring up hermaphrodites, they're still either genetically male or female. But, I believe in the pursuit of happiness and equality for my fellow man. If you want to be a woman, be so. If you want to be a man, be so. No one can stop you. Just because someone uses a bathroom, it does not mean you need to clench your ass hole in fear of rape. Rape can happen anywhere and from anyone. A bathroom is just a bathroom, if they're being civil and not being an ass ( like anyone from either sex can be, even in their gender set bathroom ), what's the big issue? Maybe I'm just naive.

Anyone that has never been to a crowded restaurant, club, bar or venue doesn't know that all restrooms become unisex when there's a line at one or the other. 13 states and DC already have laws requiring businesses with single stall bathrooms to make them unisex. Despite this, in DC there are still businesses that haven't taken the step of replacing the gender-specific signs on their restrooms, although it doesn't stop women from using the men's toilet, and vice versa if it's available. @Sakuma Great way to demand everyone tolerate your intolerance.
