I love reading manga and fanfiction, but when the flashbacks come in... I lose so much interest, especially when things are heating up! I know it's supposed to give you backstory/origin to characters/plot but jeez.. I hate it. (Currently reading: Vagabond)

Yea, sometimes I can't stand them. If only they are necessary in which of memory lost of the character or if it goes way back in which you never seen in the story, but not "recap flashback." Yet, sometimes your like wtf, "Wtf am I watching again!"

Indeed. It feels a bit condescending really when they use flashbacks. It's almost as if to say the viewer is too stupid to remember something that happened earlier.

Never watch Tenjou Tenge then, 95% of it is Flashback. ALSO FUCK YEAH SOMONE WITH GOOD TASTE IN MANGA. VAGABOND IS THE SHIT!

Haha it's been years since I've watched Tenjou Tenge. (About 6 years lol) I don't remember it being flashbacks, but I'll take your word for it. And hell yeah!! I fell off of Vagabond a couple years back, so I restarted it a few days ago.

Tenjou Tenge being the pure garbage it was is more than enough of a reason to recommended no one ever watch it.

lmao yeah. If it was released "today" I wouldn't watch it. I don't really enjoy all these magical/superpower manga/anime. If I didn't grow up watching DBZ, I would dislike it so much. But I guess we're getting a lil' off topic haha.

the never touch naruto not even whit a stick it has soooooooo many flashback's and filer's i also dropped it maybe if its done i'll watch it while skipping all the filer's.
