She would have most, if not all of the following traits:
Somewhat tech knowledgeable, as in she can at least follow what I work with at school and at home ( I do UNIX stuff )
I like my women to be in good shape, not necessarily athletic or thin but not BBW or morbidly obese.
Is willing to drink with me. I'm not an alcoholic, I don't drink to get drunk, I enjoy some wine, a nice cocktail or a good imported beer.
Asian or Caucasian ( I'm the latter )
Well spoken, as in uses complete sentences, grammar etc.
Is willing to assume the role of an Eastern wife would, except for cooking - I prefer to cook, and I do it very well.
Active, willing to hit the gym, go on a bike ride or something with me and also act as a motivator for us both to exercise.
Can define any of the following system commands do: chroot, jail, Xorg, /etc/init.d/apache start.
Buddhist, Shinto or Atheist - I'm a serious Zen Buddhist, I don't want religion to be a friction point in my future relationships. Already had a Muslim date once, she was a nice girl but she was extremely devoted to Islam and wanted a man who was either Muslim or would convert.
Is willing to listen to Touhou almost daily, because I love the music from Touhou (Yukari Yakumo is my profile after all!)
Probably too lofty of expectations, but if someone did at least half I'd be alright with it.

I've heard worse expectations, some seem a bit specific but it shouldn't be 'that' hard to find someone who could live up to most of them.

I have no idea what the role of an eastern wife is

That's what I'm hoping for my friend. I've had a veritable pick of the litter for a while and got to weed out the types of people I don't like

xueli,
Basically a woman who is willing and able to do their share of the domestic chores, especially if I'm the only one working, willing to be married in a Buddhist or Chinese ceremony ( Japanese marriages are Western-style these days, not into that ) independent, yet loyal, manages certain aspects of finances, etc. Basically, I don't want someone who doesn't pick up after herself, wants me to do everything or hire maid work etc.

I doubt those are specific towards the east. I'm sure people who have those same expectations are more widespread than that. Haha actually, I think there's more maids in asia than there are here. At least in China and Taiwan for sure.
Also on a side note, most marriages in the east are western-style, or in the very least include a portion that's western styled. We all might have our own little quirks like how the tea ceremony goes, if there is one or not, but nowadays everyone still has the whole white dress, tux, walk down an aisle while someone officiates thing happening sometime in the festivities schedule.

@xueli: Hahaha, I wasn't sure if you were being sarcastic but that's a good retort.
elder_reaper, I come from a very traditional Buddhist/Chinese family....and I'll pick the Western marriage style ANY TIME, ANY DAY, ANYWHERE over that. Dressing in red in semi-imperialistic robes is a tad too bizarre today. Although, a traditional Japanese style wedding is pretty unique by my books. I'm not sure how strongly you want to focus on religion; your experience with the Muslim date is on-the-spot though.

I'm aware that some modern ceromonies are like that, yes, but I don't like the colour white, and I don't like western style wedding clothes. I would want her to wear a red cheongsam or kimono, the former of which which was typical of the late 19th-early 20th century Qing dynasty style China, and I wouldn't have western style vows or anything. As far as what I would wear, probably a kimono and hakama or Buddhist monk
robes.
I'm very strongly focused on religion - I refuse to be with a Christian, Hindu or Muslim. I've been persecuted in ways you can only dream of by those groups -in the US no less.

Not interested in Western weddings, I don't find them unique enough. I'd probably do a Japanese tyle wedding with different clothes and some ceromonial modifications though.

Well, as a rule of thumb, those with different religious beliefs don't normally stay under the same roof, so I do understand your stand. Back where I come from, it's Buddhist majority with many different denominations; some are more...discriminating than others to put it bluntly. Anyways, how about Korean style? *not-so-subtly trying to get the Chinese wedding dress out of consideration*
