I really couldn't see myself ripping anyone's clothes off, feels like such a shame and waste to ruin perfectly nice clothing. Besides just being down right rude. Anyways, for the most attractive females of this year on my personal list there's Kobori from Amagi, Aoyama from Gochuumon, Dora from NGNL, Yukari from Locodol, Hina from Bukatsumono (if a S2 counts), and Nozomi/Kotori from love live (again if S2s count).
