Some stuff, I guess?

Yeah so here is some stuff, I wouldn't mind some critique or advice :) First one is a drawing of one of my characters, she is called Alice Night. She's known for her strong wind magic and speed, but is shunned by her faction/clan for not being able to 'finish the job'. hhttp://i.imgur.com/a3yX0jm.jpg This one is a quick random drawing I did because I was listening to Akiakane's "Antinotice" an awful lot haha! Hmmm... Your characters feel a little flat. Unfortunately the only thing that helps that, is practice. And not practice drawing anime/manga characters. Practice drawing real life people.
