Culinary Skills

I've been cooking since I was six. I pretty much cook thanksgiving dinner for my dad's side of the family. My favorite dish to make is veal picatta with a lemon caper sauce. I like to throw on a chopped kalmata olive and truffle oil tapanade because of my own tastes.

Arc-That sounds DELICIOUS I'm not much of a cook. I suck at it actually, I've even managed to explode an egg and caught things on fire. I'm learning though. The only thing I can cook well is pozole, but it's very easy to make. I'm more of a baker though, I love making things from scratch. I love cooking. I'm not very good at making bread from scratch though. It just comes out very...wrong when I make it. @RebeccaLoveless, that is an AMAZING dragon!

Cooking is fun, I like to make chicken florentine. Currently in a class for cooking. So I get to make all sorts of food.

I like cooking, I just don't often because there isn't anyone else to cook for. I like to cook Japanese and Italian foods. Some of my best are chicken Katsu, sushi, lassagna, and pasta salads.

Yeah I'm just going to keep practicing. I'm good with knifes, But that doesn't hinder it to only cooking knifes. I'm a total clutz with cooking. The greatest thing I made was pizza.

Irish Stew with crusty buttered bread is my go to dish for trying to look good at cooking :P I have about 10 meals I can cook well and I'm happy with my level of proficiency. At the end of the day it's the effort put into the cooking that impresses the most, not how amazing the meal is itself, you'd be surprised how easy it is once you get started.

I mostly bake and then even when I do cook, it's all like traditional chinese food since that's the only thing my dad cooks and thus taught me. I can follow recipes?
