Who can cook here? What's a dish you love to make?

Although simple , homemade chicken taquitos with cilantro and lime rice. I may have to do chili tonight since you got me thinking about food.

Took two years of Culinary in school and got a certification card. I honestly focus more on baking and pastries over normal dishes. Apple Tarte Tatin is fun to make, but I find myself making Lemon Ricotta cookies more often.

I can make french toast, espresso coffee (the italian way), fresh flour tortillias (storebought is too tough) klondike sundaes (my own recipe) just to name some.

I love cooking~ Lately i've been making a lot of soup though... not exactly a test of culinary skills. Favorite dish would probably be my kimchi pancakes~ not hard to make either but it's yummy
