Unquestionably I would pick Saber from Fate/Stay Night. Not only does he have the rich, interesting life of living as the girl who pulled the sword from the stone, but she has a mastery of the sword I'd like to learn. I love the reclusive way she hides her feelings. And c'mon, she looks like an angel. Even girls would fall for her.

Rin is great an all, but even she wanted to get in bed with Saber. Saber is more my tastes. Not many people think an ass-kicking during sword training makes for a good date, but I think it would be exciting!
