I hate men vs women arguments for various reasons. Both sexes are guilty for abusing the other and there will always be, even if we tried to cull them, people who think with their privates and hormones first and everything else last. There's a lonely otaku boy for every loney otaku girl out there, speaking of ratios. I personally don't wear my otaku on my sleeve, if you know what I mean. Yes, in the past I was much too shy and afraid to because it wasn't socially acceptable. I still struggle with that a little bit now but not to the point that it would keep me from indulging myself if I really wanted to. I just.. don't. I don't talk about my otaku life either to "normal" people. That's probably because I'm used to keeping it in the closet. There are some otaku in my hometown and I know two by name, one of them being from the same high school, but I'm not a part of their social circle and don't know if there's anyone there that I would want to date. Probably not. Don't care to investigate.

I find it harder to find a guy into Anime than girls! Im a softmore at my school and to this day i have about 10+ girls that love anime and only 4 guys!
