Hi Kuro-san,
I asked my gunpla friends on what materials to use for custom parts and they told me anything can be made as custom parts, like anything from ballpens, scraps, etc. Lol I think I asked the wrong question, I didn't ask how. I'll ask them again. xD

Those are very well painted :0 and the decals are placed perfectly too :D, I'll probably paint my Wing Gundam Redish colors when I attempt it, I'd need a airbrush and supplies first and then buy a HG Zaku to practice on XD

High Grades are pretty simple to do more or less, Exia & 00 Raiser took me maybe 1-2 days to build mostly since I took my time and made sure I didn't damage any of the parts if you can try to build one yourself :3 I'm thinking of doing a custom paintjob on my next High Grade to get some practice on.
Gundam breaker is pretty good, sadly theres not as many Gunpla Parts as I'd have hoped but they're working on a Sequel so waiting on it XD. If you ever do get it lemme know I can power you through the game with my Master Grade Custom xD
