Thank you. Lol I appreciate that. You're pretty otaku-rrific, too. Lol I don't think it's a matter of taste, really. I think it's a matter of whether or not there is that click or spark right off the bat sometimes. Even then, though, things may not work out. I'm staying positive, though. That's one of my strengths. There's someone out there for everyone, and for those women, I just am not that someone. No big thing. I like making friends, too. Depending on how things progress, most of those friends become part of my extended family.

I suppose that is true, too. lol I'm always willing to work to earn trust. It's one of the reasons I joined this site. Distance is not an issue for me, and I don't mind making more friends, either. I feel that here, I can at least meet more people that enjoy the same things I do and may have the potential to congregate with those people at a convention one day. No vetting intentionally implied, just my way of explaining the difficulties I have experienced and others have probably experienced, too. Similar experiences tend to give people something to talk about, after all. Thank you for the words of advice and support. They are truly appreciated.
