Women and men are equally perverted it just men are more open about it at times. for instance a single man will show his perviness while at the same time if happens to come upon a "zing" with another woman then he will subdue that perv side till he knows her. Ill admit I can be a perv but I know my grounds and limitations. so more or less a mature perv lol. Men whom feel attracted to a certain female will show his perv to her on a certain degree. As for "jerk" that's a whole other level. pervs and jerks are essentially two different types. But that's just my opinion. Women came up with it so meh lol.
