Kissing is a must, nothing wrong with a quick peck, but you have to have a deep emotional kiss. I find that most of the "girlfriends" that I've had weren't very adapt at those. Also, I've kissed a few strangers, it's no bid deal, but kissing someone you have feelings for is the "bees knees"

I like women to be shorter than myself, petite normally, but I it won't kill appeal if they arn't. Short red hair is definitely a bonus. I find tattoos very attractive as long as they are good tattoos not horrible work, I myself have several so I'm picky. Piercings can be attractive as long as they are not over done, I took mine out a few years ago. race doesn't bother me at all, I think a woman can be beautiful in all different forms.
