I can't imagine what it would be like going to a convention and there were no cosplays to look at.

Me too, I think that's at least a 3rd of the fun of going to conventions ^_^

How smart you are then lol. Its rather expensive, even if you just buy the outfits instead of making them -_-

Sorry I've been gone so long, hope your still there haha. If I could it would be kinda nice to be able to watch it all in subs but I just can't keep up half he time haha. Since sometime around middle school I was able to read and understand words at a college level but even that doesn't help when your just a plain, slow, reader ^^; Say, have you been to any conventions?

Everyone has their own preference, no right no wrong just whatever we each enjoy most ^^ I first started watching anime on Toonami so that's how I was introduced to it and so I just started watching it in English never thinking about it any other way. Now I'll occasionally watch subtitle's but what I've realized I've started doing when possible is watching in English but with the subtitles on at the same time. I think I started doing that so I could get the more "accurate" *I guess* script of the anime but also with the English track I'm able to quickly read the subtitles since I'm able to hear a close idea of what the subs say without worrying about missing the visuals and having to back track to catch them after reading. If that makes any sense ^^; Really? That's pretty cool haha. It's amazing how anime can really influence a person's life even if only for a short time.

I was surprised when I started watching Prince of Tennis years ago on Toonami. I played a little tennis, not much at all really but I was surprised by how much I enjoyed watching it. I imagine it was because I was able to understand a little bit of the game within the show as the show was going on. Usually I wouldn't think that "sports" anime would be very interesting since I also haven't found much entertainment with sports video games. Sadly though Toonami didn't play it for very long before they removed it :(

Most of the fun there ends up in the "Random Posts" topics, especially in the "Last Post" topic which is usually in the later part of the evening.
