The Rose of Versailles is amazing and oh so aesthetically pleasing to watch. I can't wait for the 50th anniversary movie to come out!

Ghost @kuharido The series is a historical drama set in the years preceding and during the French Revolution. Using a combination of historical personages and original characters, The Rose of Versailles focuses primarily on the lives of two women: the Queen of France Marie Antoinette, and Oscar François de Jarjayes, who serves as commander of the Royal Guard.

I'm hoping they don't go the direction they did with BDSP with the ~fateful remake~ bs lol. If they made the Musicals into a full on thing, that would be wonderful!

Seeing her in that dress, and all its bowy bows makes me just a bit nostalgic for the Dress-up Musicals in Black and White. More specifically, how I'd smother my pokemon in bows/ribbons. Heh. I so hope they bring it back in the remakes... Or, something of the sort, at least.
