Oh Simon, you're so funny! I tend to underestimate lengths of time often, since my memory's so selective. I can tell you what type of muscle a marathon runner's body specializes in maintaining(slow-twitch), but when it comes to what I ate for breakfast, or the night before, or the last time I ate red velvet cupcakes... xD
