colossalcon's the cheaper and smaller of the two and is definitely a great starter convention!! (youmacon is huuuuuuge and pretty pricy so it can be a little intimidating hahaha) but no matter what it's worth it! i love love loveee going to cons and i've been going since i was in fifth grade >u<
once you get home from your first you'll be like "what con is next?!?!?" lmao probably
