Oh yeah, I haven't watched Black Lagoon but I've seen glimpses of it, so I can say that they seem similar. Lol it was practically impossible for me not to notice the psychological aspect. It really did make you think a lot, especially since after the game one person was reincarnated and the other was sent to the void so while checking out their life stories and such you're kinda deciding who you think should be reincarnated and who shouldn't. I'll admit that when the show first came out and I read the summary I wasn't so sure about it, but it had me hooked after the first episode.
