Rokas @sparkis
Ya'll very sus
frankie @hiretsunaotaku You know what's sus? The C family, C, C++ and C#. These 3 so sus istg
Mr. Rogers @rafaelsanzio SPARKIE SUS! C LANGUAGE S!
Rokas @sparkis MATLAB is by far the sussiest language I had to work with. They call arrays "vectors" and start indexing with 1. What kind if nonsense is that?? Though it helps with more difficult math problems
Rokas @sparkis *of
frankie @hiretsunaotaku Isn't that the same in C++? I just started vectors yesterday
frankie @hiretsunaotaku MySQL and Python are not sus, they very cool
Rokas @sparkis I always called them arrays in C languages. I have a bit of experience with SQL. Havent tried python actually
Rokas @sparkis Vectors are a different data structure in
C++. Think of it like a dynamic array as it can change its size on runtime, by using vector.push_back method. Also as far as I know vectors do not have default capacity.
Vectors in Matlab in the other hand are just regular
arrays, but they start indexing with 1 instead of 0 which is dumb
frankie @hiretsunaotaku I see I see
frankie @hiretsunaotaku Sparkie do you do competitive programming?
frankie @hiretsunaotaku Like Codeforces?
Rokas @sparkis No not really. It's not my thing. I like to do programming while I'm relaxed and not in a rush, and besides that I really don't have much time cause of homework and my daily practice at a company
frankie @hiretsunaotaku Ooooooooooooooh
frankie @hiretsunaotaku Dayum already getting employed
frankie @hiretsunaotaku Very cool owo
Rokas @sparkis Except that I do not get paid. It's just practice
frankie @hiretsunaotaku Still worth adding to resume
