Ahhh man that sucks. I never understood those kinds of cons where the anime part was just an undertone for a party. Its kinda ironic to call it a con lol. I've been to a few of those with some friends and if it weren't for them I wouldn't be able handle that crap. Sorry it wasn't a great experience and I hope LA expo is better. What kinda fig did you buy? I could never bring myself to buy one because the more popular ones are usually in the three digits. Are you in shows/mangas like excel saga? Or was it just there? I just finished reading spirit circle and man!! I really enjoyed it. Have you ever read it? It has a small cast but tells 7 different past life's with the same characters. I would highly recommend it :)

Hello old friend not sure if you remember me, but non the less I came back from my trip out of states it's been roughly near a year since we last spoke, and for some reason my old account was delete. Still minor details as a new account takes seconds to create, and as such I have come to say my hellos and catch up with an old friend.

Didn't like it eh? I know what you mean. I felt that way when I went to All-con and man.... it was the most boring, time wasting con ever. What did you not like about Anime LA? I hated how All-con didn't appease to the anime side as much as to the science fiction/larping side of it. I hear that Anime Expo is one of the most popular conventions in north america and is super crowded. I've never been but I've been to SDCC and just wanted to close line people because of how cramped it was but then again the convention center did kinda suck :/

Ahh I see I'm originally from cali as well. I used to Live in San Diego but it became more harder and harder to live there on my salary so I ended up moving to Texas. I just recently saw that WonderCon just past, were you able to attend that? Sorry if I'm yammering on too much just trying to make some small talk :D
