Well, the reality of spirits is that as per everything, when you strip all the branding, romanticisms, and sensationalism surrounding them is that even the supernatural is not nearly as dramatic as a lot of people try to make it out to be. So if you're expecting me to say something along the lines of "I have a story behind every spirit I've encountered", the sad reality is "I sensed something, my minds eye flashed an image of how that spirit wants me to perceive it, and its just kinda... There." What I mean by things getting weird though is that just like ghosts, demons, and entities like that, nature spirits do have the capacity to manifest into our world. Now obviously, it happens a lot less often than demonic and human spirits, because simply put, the space they inhabit is much more comfortable for them to be in, and they don't really have tethering to the lower planes like ghosts man have had, or demons may covet. Yeah, before I go on, I do want to acknowledge how freakin bonkers I sound here. But I digress, you know my stance with this being the internet and these being my beliefs and experiences, but I could be wrong, yatta yatta. Anomalistics are just a fun lense to look at the things that can't really be held to the scientific method in a traditional sense. But back on topic. So the method nature spirits tend to use to affect things in the meat space is their own brand of physical manifestation, where rather than manifesting themselves into this world, they bring their world closer to ours in a localized area. It seems much easier for them to do this in areas where there's a lot of moisture in the air, like when its foggy, or when a storm just hit. But generally people won't notice the difference in the atmosphere. After all, physically, it is our world. It's just that the ambient energy is different. While you're in the overlap though, odds are, you won't be able to catch a glimpse of anything, but I mean, it does happen. I'm sure you've heard of things like the Black Stick Men, Faeries, Dog headed men, Puckwudgie, and stuff like that. (This guy actually reads a lot of encounters people have on them, and they do kinda capture the feeling of just how unprepared people are.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dljxap8rtHg As for my encounters, the most I've seen in physical manifestation was this one time a band of entities did kinda try to pick a fight with my friends and I. I remember flinging some energy blasts back and forth, (It literally is as lame as it sounds, and the most you physically feel upon getting hit with a psionic wave of energy is a head ache, and you just kinda feel frazzled or drained for a while, but its not as though the human brain has a way to really feel the senses of the spiritual body as anything more than a slight tingle.) and we were kinda interrupted when we started to sense a massive entity up in the sky. The sky was rather cloudy, but the clouds started to dissipate in the vicinity that whatever this mass of energy was, creating a pillar of light probably a few miles away. And when we looked back toward the path leading down to the quarry, we just saw twelve pairs of yellow eyes leering at us. They retreated as soon as they realized we were starting to actually see them. Most of my encounters with spirits are a lot more peaceful than that. Although astral entities and demons tend to be more, let's say problematic or aggressive. We didn't really know what we were fighting at the time, but I talked to someone who was "Hip to the Jive" so to speak from the local area two years ago, and she basically told me she thinks they may have been puckwudgie. We also had this one guy who was a member of a hermetic order kinda counseling our group once. Learned a lot about the Magick side of occultism from him. But one time he actually wanted to see what we did on our excursions, so we took him into the park. It had a long bike trail, and towards the back of, there's a lake. We spent an hour there, just kinda sensing what was around the area, as well as making sure nobody was going to walk by us, since the park closed at dusk, and you don't wanna see a bunch of teens/young adults and one middle aged bearded gentleman with a bear gut out there practicing occultism in a neighborhood like ours. So once the coast was clear, he started to set up a portable alter, because he wanted to perform a ritual called the Star Ruby ritual. Now I don't really get the specifics of it, but its like an amped up banishing ritual, where you're basically cleansing the energies of a space in order to stabilize the environment to be of a neutral, non-chaotic field. Basically prep work for more advanced rituals. The difference between a banishing ritual and the Star Ruby however is in the Star Ruby, you basically announce to the area that you are greater than god, and thus have complete dominion over the space. He must have done this a thousand times, but when he did it this one time, the area went completely dead silent. As stereotypical as it sounds, all the birds and bugs went silent, we stopped hearing cars and trucks from the nearby road, and within seconds, this really thick fog rolled in from the lake, completely enveloping us. We sat there for a moment completely flabergasted, when our magick guy swiftly packed up his alter, stood up, gazed at the lake, turned to us, and just said "We need to go, right now." Our group being arrogant as we are start to flare up our auras, prepare for battle, pump up our chests, and were like "We came here because we wanted something to happen, let's do this shit!" But seconds of unnerving silence later, and that kinda eroded that, as we just sensed literally EVERYTHING in the area getting really fucking angry at us. So we caught up with our friend, formed a collective shield around us, and did a fast march straight back to our town house at the time. Wish I coulda stayed long enough to see at least something cool, but that was really one of a few times I actually felt in danger when it came to the supernatural.

They actually remind me of various types of elementals and nature spirits I've encountered, so maybe that's why I'm not creeped out by them. Nature spirits are just kinda "We'll do our thing, you do yours, but if you get in our way, things gonna get weird." Granted, I have no idea what the hell they are, but I'm curious about them.

I know Odin but didn't what he was if that makes sense so I looked for the basic and got Odin – the one-eyed All-Father. Odin has many names and is the god of both war and death. Half of the warriors who die in battle are taken to his hall of Valhalla Bishamonten is the Japanese Buddhist god of warriors and the lord of wealth and treasure.
godspell
godspell @godspell Bishamonten men look like yakuza or act like it so he could fight okita but I'm still thinking
redhawk
Red @redhawk so maybe Odin then
godspell
godspell @godspell Odin sees the future but with the recent chapters he causes death. I figured he'd fight michel nostradamus since he was the one who created prophecies
