That you just can't respond as quickly and as smoothly on a PC as you can a console. To try and mimic the same speed you have to pay an enormous amount of money anyway. When holding a controller your hands are practically over every single option immediately without having to reach. Say there are two people playing Halo and you pit the PC player against the Xbox player. In terms of accurate aiming and speed and reaction time I don't think the PC player can compare.
