its more about work. only had 4 or 5 nights off since march. now we're bringing in more crews to cut down on overtime but since i do a job nobody else can i still have to be in 7 nights a week. and now instead of having the guys ive worked with for a while and that know their stuff, im getting stuck with new guys that dont know what their doing and dont show up. plus i got into it with a guy the other day, when we switched to the german machine to make the cages i run it from 11pm to 3am and a guy runs it from 6am to 4. while they basically gave my job title of welding foreman to his boss because "im never here during the day" and we had a disagreement on how big the cages for that day should have been. they made theirs too big and the pipe that used their cages are no good.
