Yes, I agree.Nice people can have a chip on their shoulders as well. I wouldn't say I have a chip on my shoulder cause most of the time I have an outgoing friendly demeanor, but like that poem I posted there are some people that are asses and and should get an earful.I hate fighting with folks so I try 2 avoid the ones who are mean unless it's a friend that I think shouldn't be put down, then I'd speak my mind...a real friend is family 2 me and you don't turn your back on family (:

(^_^;) you're as kindhearted as everyone else here but I think some of it has 2 do with people from the UK having natural hospitality.People who show politeness will go further in life cause they don't have a chip on their shoulder holding them back.
