You can actually find nerdy girls in many places. Online forums where you can make friends, apps, Anime cons, coffee shops, bars, even bookstores, if he's in college or going to school there are clubs he could join? Personally i don't think advertising on this website is going to help his chances if anything i think it's making it worse and it's... kind of pathetic if you ask me.
