Lol.I don't think he belongs to anything but I could be wrong.I typed in Chibi anime guy fire sorcerer in Google to try to find a cool sorcerer.I was looking for something unique and didn't belong to a specific game or anime.Kinda reminds me of teen titans style though ^_^

Yeah I think that's called writers block where you're having trouble with progressing with a story.It happens to me more than I'd like to admit.lol.Storytelling isn't as simple as some people think.Especially the more outlandish the storyline,the more you'll have to create an original world that stands out.I told a few of my old stories to a girl I use to know on yahoo and she'd would point out that certain characters and scenarios reminded her of certain anime..and then I felt like I was committing plagiarism.lol.Leo my phone battery is about to die so I'll be back after it charges
