koyote2033 @koyote2303 Yeah its usually warmer that way. My spot has been over 100 still the last two days. Today it MIGHT hit 85. Could be worse. But being by the beach would be sooo much nicer this week

koyote2033 @koyote2303 A leash. Lol. Maybe a bottle of water, but as long as it's cool, weve gone for 90 minutes or so without trouble. After JJ though, I'm gonna be more prepared. On amazon you can find like plastic saddle bags for them. Thought about weighing him down to burn more energy and then have a good supply of water. But yeah, I dont even have to take shit bags. He only goes at home

koyote2033 @koyote2303 I use a collar. A pinch collar I hear works REALLY well if they tug. I'm worried a harness would give him too much leverage. I've thought more about getting him one when I take him on a bike. Have him pull my fatass

PucaetGniliasEht @thesailingteacup When I go hiking around here it's mainly rocky. Dogs don't wear leashes/ect. Ofc they are well trained and obedient, but since it's so rocky if the owner or dog were to fall while wearing a leash/colar it would snap their neck. a harness would bring whomevers falling down with them. Best to free style unless you don't think they'll listen. Maybe go slow a first time on a leash and then the next times they'll be more familiar???
