I am emotional but more often than not it is in regards to myself. I, guess that means that I am highly critical of myself, which causes me to be emotional, but I strive to keep this hightened criticism being unjustly forced on others. Friend or stranger, I want to understand and try to remain objective when I talk. If I require a moment to let the emotion out, I handle it carefully to prevent it derailing the conversation, it will become about me and not about the conversation.
