LOL pretty good Spanish, I guess. i basically said, "beans, lentils, and chicken soup." That stuff will make anyone hearty... especially the water that remains after you eat your solids. Did you know that during times of slavery, the plantation owner's kids were usually more sickly than the slaves' children because all they were served was the solid stuff from the soup? The water it's cooked in leaches all the minerals/vitamins out, so they weren't getting the nutrition their own slaves received from the watery "leftovers".

I trap rats with my bare hands for my neighbors, so quite a few during the summer and fall. :3 I get into a few... not-so-heroic scraps here and there. But they're ignorant scum. >:o They're asking to get hurt.
