Touch screen for what exactly?
whodatbe123
I finally drank the Kool aid. I installed Linux. When I saw the ram usage, I instantly got wet. No bloat, ram usage was practically non existent. But then I noticed that touchscreen wasn't working. I instantly got flaccid. After some research, I found that I had to configure coordinate transformation matrix. What a pain in the ass. I really don't like doing this autistic shit over things that should just work. https://media1.tenor.com/m/bMF2vEGS_GoAAAAC/anime-annoyed.gif

It came out pretty good though the breading did not want to stay at all plus the spicy mayo for the amount i made was wayy too hot for me. https://thesassyfoodie.com/spicy-chicken-sandwich/ I know theirs also this one that came out nicely. https://youtu.be/Fh8Q7AU0sJ4?si=SM8FC-daV4SNllpE Though he uses breast plus the cooking time is wayy too long imo lol

Lemme know how that turns out and share that shit if it's good! Love my air fryer if only for the convenience.

yaasshat @yaasshat What temp are you cooking at? I tend to kinda go for broke with the high temp (400°f).lol It just looks like it might be an issue with how you breaded them and a touch to high on the temp/time. I mean, I'd still tear them up, but cooking is all about learning and improving. I tend to do breaded things in a pan on the stove. It just seems like oil makes everything better, except for the heart.lol You reminded me, I should make some homemade chicken nuggets tomorrow.
joemama711
Trying to get fit @joemama711 I did 400 for 15 mins which was way too long for this one but its dark meat so forgivable, i would do kike 8-10 mins depending on size. That is true for oil, i breaded em in flour then put 2 tablespoons of the chicken marniade stirred it then just breaded em then put it in the fridge for 30 mins. Some chefs say potato starch and cornstarch are better for frying chicken

Damn sorry to hear that, maybe a phoneless walk will help

Feeling like shit after ending a longtime friendship Tho while it was for the best and my own mental well-being, I'm still in a shit mood

Life is just a big simulation that our parents force us to live in but we do have options to do certain things. If you ever question it, just eat something sour, spicy or flavorful.

I actually used bolthouse ceasar dressing in it tho the recipe called for ranch. I love both personally the bolthouse cucummber ranch is heavenly and low cal. Im gonna try this recipe out and see how it goes https://www.macro-chef.com/bars-and-brownies/anabolic-protein-cookie-bars/
princess_snow
personally I prefer Cesar dressing to ranch, but ranch seasoning is always pretty good on cooked veggies and meat. How do you make your protein cookies cause I always use the 3 ingredient recipe.
princess_snow
princess_snow @princess_snow Oh, that looks really good, I'm making some burgers and bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers. I've never been very good at baking with protein powders, although I love it in some coffee.
joemama711
Trying to get fit @joemama711 Oooh im not a burger guy but what you said sounds pretty good. Baking with protein powder is usually a hassle with the science behind it.
joemama711
Trying to get fit @joemama711 Im weird like, i dont really eat burgers but anything else with beef I enjoy xD
princess_snow
princess_snow @princess_snow Ya, that's why I normally just do the 3 ingredient cookies, although I did make a few protein mug cakes. That's fine, we were just at costco so we got some patties. Makes dinner easy especially after being at the gym.
joemama711
Trying to get fit @joemama711 Makes sense, costco membership is tempting for the pack of fairlife and other stuff. I might make some turkey burgers this weekend
princess_snow
princess_snow @princess_snow Turkey burgers are nice. I don't make them often but I like to bulk out my meat dishes with turkey, just gotta be careful not to over cook it since it dries out easily.
joemama711
Trying to get fit @joemama711 Truee, its weird I found a recipe that I wanna try that has unsweetned apple sauce in it. 1 lb ground turkey 85/15 ¼ cup unsweetened apple sauce ½ onion grated 1 Tablespoon ranch seasoning 2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce 1 teaspoon minced garlic ¼ cup plain breadcrumbs Salt and pepper to taste

princess_snow
princess_snow @princess_snow Oh so like meatloaf with out the egg. Applesauce is a great substitute for eggs.
joemama711
Trying to get fit @joemama711 I guess soo XD not a fan of meatloaf haha
princess_snow
princess_snow @princess_snow Oh, don't make it often then. I like them as meatloaf sandwiches.
