godspell @godspell I know the vaccine doesn't cure you but what it does. Is assist and support the immune system to readily fight infection before you suffer the worse of the infection

godspell @godspell Yeah somewhat im trying to remember what were the differences. Bc a normal vaccine will give you the for example influenza virus then afterwards its difficult to get it. But this vaccine still allows for infection to occur

godspell @godspell I hate exercise more than anything. It makes me uncomfortable and hate how weak I am. There's nothing I can but force myself to try but I have no motivation honestly just have to do it
godspell @godspell I convince myself 20 minutes of your time isn't wasted. Running outside is harder to convince myself

Lamby @momoichi when i ran for exercise i did it at night because im way too shy to let people see me. im still pretty agoraphobic i guess
godspell @godspell I follow a channel called madifit or madfit. She does 10 minute workouts to target parts of the body. She helps with my ab workouts like lower upper and obliques. And my thighs since she was a dancer

Lamby @momoichi when i ran it was in england so i was pretty safe (the crime difference is unbelievable outside of london) but yeah having a buddy would make it easier xD. aye cant forget da legs. i recommend some yoga if you ever want some low impact cardio. its harder and more exhausting then it looks, but very calming xD

Lamby @momoichi try the sitting positions if your worried about your balance, the cow and cat positions are hella comfy (i dont even do downward dog cause my flexibility is garbage)
