Going for my personal trainer’s license very soon to officially help others become their best selves. Fitness has given me such a fresh new look on life. Even now sick with swollen tonsils I am itching to go to the gym for back and bicep day (obviously I’m resting first before going), but God showed me my path with fitness. I care so much for others and how they feel that I will have the ability to help give them tools to change it themselves. It’s been a long road, and let’s keep going. Pressure makes Diamonds

How do I feel finally breaking a generational curse in my family tree, finally going under 200lbs into the 100s? Happy but grounded. Had a buddy earlier saying I should be jumping up and down with joy that I lost 110lbs now. He's right, but I'm not satisfied in the slightest. I know what potential I have and I won't ever stop climbing towards it. There's always a next mountain that's higher. Always a gap between a novice and a pro. Until my name is known by everyone worldwide I will never stop. It's why I never skip the gym or cardio once since I began. I will not let myself sink into comfort and become complacent. I continue helping others who struggle with self love to find themselves because it resonates with me. I started this alone. No support system, no loved ones cheering me on, and just criticism from those who didn't want to believe in me. I'm all I need. That's fine by me.
