I've always liked jesters. Maybe coz this one show I watched as a lad had this jester. His name was literally fucking "Jester" if I recall correctly. That guy was my favorite. Goofy sure, but he was cool. Looked like he was wearing pajamas tho.

Depresso Sunset @verucassault I actually lucked out and caught the early mission first thing right out of White Run where you help him with the wagon he's transporting Mother in. It's such an easy side quest to miss.

Depresso Sunset @verucassault Cicero is a so-called Jester located just outside of Loreius Farm on the road beside a broken horse drawn carriage.

Curly Ice @forgetmenot I remember I met Cicero on the first dragon fight outside Whiterun. I regret not giving him the time of day. I ended up liking him as a member of the Brotherhood. Soon as I saw him in the Sanctuary I remembered I'd seen him back helping fight the dragon at whiterun. Next playthrough I avoided fast travel in hopes of finding it, but no luck.
Depresso Sunset @verucassault I think I'm just drawn to psychopathic eccentrics. He and Neloth were the best characters.
Curly Ice @forgetmenot I feel like those who met him for the first time on the road like that are lucky in that they get learn more about Cicero, maybe even start to like him during that quest.
