Yes, I have seen season 2.
If you didn't yet, it's a little awkward the way the episodes are lined up.
1-3 is season 2.
4 takes place during the summer between the end of season 1 and beginning of season 2.
5 is the ova, which has I believe also is around that time frame.
So! I recommend episode 4, 5, then 1-3.

I just happened across this awesome song from an anime called Girls and Panzer. I didn't know the voice actresses went so far as to sing in different languages. makes me want to check out the anime.
