Pluto by Naoki Urusawa
It's based off of Astroboy but really plays into mystery tropes by making you question the morality of robots as a whole. Im not usually one for stories about Robots but this one left me turning the pages as quick as I could to learn more about the world and characters. Incredibly deep character motivations and excellent world building really carries this amazing manga.

I've thought about this a lot lately, like...if I just so happened to bump into a series that's been an all time favorite of mine, would I enjoy it the way I did the first time?
For things I'd want to experience for the first time again, my top game would be Persona 4, and the anime would definitely be yuyu hakusho. Love the old art and definitely would love to experience that story again!
