I like those types of anime/manga's too :3, everything is a bit better with some sort of romance added into it! FMA Brotherhood.. Was amazingly good. Macross Frontier, is on my list, I think! I would hope so.. I've seen some things on that anime that really peaked my interest. Valkyria Chronicles.. I don't think.. I ever heard of that.
