The way I see this game is that it might not be so much a revenge driven game like the last 3 are. At the end of the 3rd game (spoilers I guess?) Kratos killed himself to release the "hope" that was inside him and give it to the human race, hope so that they might free themselves from the control of the gods. But at the end of this trailer Kratos tells his son that hes ready for a new beginning as the camera pans up to the thundering mountain tops ( Odin? maybe Thor? ) my guess is that now Kratos is on a quest to once again free the people from the control of the gods, only this time its the Norse Gods. And this has been my over analyzing of game that little is even known about yet xD.

so... yeah, its actually a thing, only this time around our angry bearded bad-ass is taking on Norse Mythology. And he seems to have a son now too. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nlW175pnJjI
