If you're a good employee and you feel you've earned it then asking for a raise is simply the best thing to do for yourself and your work. A good employer will value your work ethic and skills so they'll get something sorted out for you, a bad one will simply dismiss the idea in which case if you aren't happy, they can end up losing a very valuable part of their work force. So basically, if you think you deserve it then I think it's a good thing to do because you should think about yourself in things like that.

We all have that person we all hope to be, we all try to find that some that we can always see. I hope to find someone that is honest and that is also sane, someone who doesn't hold back their feelings and doesn't act plain.
