First, not only this site but others, you will come across someone you generaly like or have messaged briefly and they will just vanish for 3-5 days so either they're just BUSY or don't take this that seriously. Secondly, we're getting a lot of people from the MD area due to Otakon which is great. Hopefully Mai Otaku will have it's hand in different conventions and attract more users.

Guess i'm the only guy that plays pokemon compettitively so i'll give my smogonfag opinion They look kinda promising, since they're basically buffing pokemon that needed a boost, Blaziken and Mewtwo were kinda weak on ubers, Lucario doesn't have enough speed to cover it's low defenses(and they gave him adaptability! I guess it's going straight to ubers), Absol, Mawile, Kanghaskan(I think they're getting mega evolved too) and Ampharos just suck. I also read that they need to hold a certain item and be low on HP to mega evolve, not holding an item and being low on health are really big setbacks, since the BW metagame is based on 1~2 hit kills, I hope they make it a bit more defensive like DPPt so mega evolutions could work out.
