As the title says. I ask for personal reasons. ( I will be holding elected office by the end of the year unless something bad happens. )

You don't have any strong characters too work off of here, and the back story seems too important. Also the concept of the beasts is a little iffy, as their powers don't seem to make sense. There's not enough development here, it sort of feels like you took 10 relatively good ideas and threw them altogether and called it a day.

I think it has to do with how comfortable you are around them. I was once very afriad of dogs. Now I can pet them and have fun doing it. I've never actually had one but I'm not afriad of them. People are afriad of the unknown. Espiecally when you never even spend that much time with them they can be unpredictable and scary when they jump up amd down and bark at you for nothing for no reason. Once to get used to them though they're not that scary cause they kind of all act like dogs. Though everyones different. Maybe one day you should get a puppy so you can overcome that fear. Also animals can know when your scared. They have that kinda sense. Ignoring them can be helpful and just observing their behaiver. Hope this helps!

@Yuusaku Godai: In school everyone uses those terms "nigga" and "Wet-back." It's not a racist thing. It's just a way to make them think there "Cool," yet I think it's dumb. Instead of saying "what's up man" they say, "whats up my nigga" or "what up wet-back.". So that was not a racist moment. Trust me, they said it to me different times, and it didn't offend me, yet I did it too. It's what young kids do. There different ways.

I was actually talking to a writer the other day, a published one, and he gave me a really good tip. If you're going to do a story outside of our own universe develop the world so deeply and so intricately that it is it's own world. Basically have a bible of information for the world, and only put some of the information in your stories.

This exactly. If you're going to build a world, build it. Make everything internally consistent. Speaking generally, if in your world: Event A led to Event B, and B led to C, but B doesn't actually show up in your story... you should still figure out what B is, so that the relationship between A and C makes sense.

You may never use any of these details, but the fact that they're there will enrich your world, give you plot and dialogue and narrative ideas, and tie everything together in a way that helps avoid blatant consistency errors.
