Dress are not over rated :C I like dresses..I like the breeeeze down there.. 8D LOLZ. I never wear shorts under my dresses..LMAOOOO. Cute Panties for the win. LOLZ. Some people think I'm a pervert because I choose not wear any shorts or bloomers I just tell them ' I like the breeze.
