I've noticed some tiny changes since I started working out. I would've seen better changes if I took my routine seriously. At the moment I weigh only 63 Kilograms. I want to take my routine seriously while studying more efficiently. Spend more time in the library and less time online. By 2021 I want to have abs. XD I want to learn half of my syllabus by 2021. March/April of 2021 I'm gonna give my exam and I'll get good grades. (The dates might get postponed again because of Corona) After that I have a few months to kick back and relax. No Kore stress about exams. I'm gonna be in Pre Medical by the end of 2021. Now let's see if everything goes according to my plan. XD

I just came across something that helped me with some stuff. Then I saw the advice area and I checked out areas I was more knowledgeable about to see how the advice was handled and looked like people were giving some good solid advice. Maybe I just got lucky, with my introduction to this place, but so far it hasn't felt like a waste of time.

Going vegan is a lot worse for the environment than being a reqular eater Let's take milk for an instants For most vegan milks it takes more air (for the plants and the soil) and damages the world espically when farmers aren't doing their jobs While cows and other milk producing mammals (besides human females ) don't take a while lot just some grass with does harm the earth but not as bad Also I eat meat and vwstables I can't just have one Id get to bored with it :p Oh and I didn't even add the shipping cause and effect
