I have a lot of trouble expressing myself emotionally because it never resulted in anything good in my life. I'd say the last time I talked about my feelings to someone is 3 years ago. @Buji I know exactly what you are talking about with the voice cracking thing. My voice does the exact same thing when I talk, and that is partly the reason I try to avoid talking. The reason it happens is like you said, you just don't use it enough. If you jabber enough the problem would go away.
