I'll admit that the ending is rather crazy, as well. The only thing I got from the ending was that there needs to be a third game to finish this trilogy off, but, as Saya said, it's on hold currently :/

Pro player here. Hate newbs. Jk love newbs. And when I'm done with my elitist setup and the game decides to expand again, forcing me to spend hours maxing all my gear out at the slightly expanded new endgame. I liked mmorpgs for the PvP, but rpgs are getting more appealing these days.

Sounds like she's a grown ass woman and she can handle her own shit. I'm sure your sentiment didn't go unnoticed but you gotta realize she is still with this dude for some reason.
