personally i have only been weight lifting...i used to do only cardio, but i decided to do something different and wild. i have seen results but that was only after a couple months of training and rigorous routine.
if you are serious about working out you have to make a plan and stick to it. DON'T BE DEFEATED YOU CAN TO IT JUST...
